Cobis Topaz, the multinational leader in technological solutions to evolve financial institutions, held in Bogotá the second edition of “Digitalization without borders”, an event that presented trends related to the reinvention of traditional banking and the transformation of digital ecosystems in the sector. This space was held at the Bankers Club brought together approximately 35 exponents of the most important financial institutions in the country.

With a solid work agenda, the leaders of companies such as Scotiabank, Banco Popular and Bancoomeva, exchanged perspectives on onboarding best practices, as well as tools and accelerators that drive the evolution of digital ecosystems, such as the development of APIs, artificial intelligence, big data and banking as a service (BaaS). After the space, these institutions will be able to improve the experience and profitability with their end customer, better understand their needs and preferences to adapt their services and understand what the challenges and trends of digital banking are for this 2023.

Regarding this, Jorge Iglesias, CEO of the Topaz Group, and who led the agenda of the event, said that for the company “it is essential to implement this knowledge in financial institutions in the region, especially in a world in which customers demand more personalized, agile and efficient experiences. That is why we seek, through the adoption of innovative digital solutions, that these companies can achieve greater excellence in their work with the end customer, providing tailored services, simplifying processes, and establishing lasting relationships of trust”.

It should be noted that the first edition of this event was held in Quito and will soon be extended to Mexico City and Lima with the aim of expanding knowledge in Latin America and that the region, in general, can adapt to the process of digital transformation, allowing them to develop a new line and business mentality, boosting your competitiveness in the market, and optimizing their customer journal.
